The NZSVO next Technical Workshop will focus on Alternative Varietals. Packed into a single day, the workshop will provide an informative and engaging programme, featuring a cross section of speakers from viticulture and winemaking through to market. The broad topic will be streamlined into five sessions, with ‘style’ themes bookended by guest Master of Wines’ sharing their insights into the global market.
