Registrations are now being called for the 2010 NZSVO workshop - Finish well to open well - Wine finishing workshop to be held in Blenheim on Wednesday 25th August. Registration form

The 2010 Romeo Bragato Conference is being held in Blenheim on the three days following the workshop. Thursday 26 August to Saturday 28 August.

Registrations will be limited to 120 participants and will be handled on a first in first served basis. Register early to avoid missing out.

This workshop will deal with the decisions that are made post fermentation and their impact on finished wine quality.

Topics to be covered will include:
• the impact of oxygen on wine and SLO
• fining
• current and future processing technologies
• tartrate stabilisation options
• filterability of wines
• bottling
• extending shelf life

Keynote speaker: Gary Baldwin, Director and Principal Consultant, Wine Network Australia.
